* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (lsh): Delete and redefine as deprecated and
replaced by openssh.
* gnu/packages/patches/lsh-fix-x11-forwarding.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister file.
* tests/guix-gc.sh: Use hello instead of lsh.

With 'set -e', a return status inverted with '!' does not cause the shell to
exit immediately.  Instead use '&& false' to indicate an expected failure.

This fixes a test failure exhibited by
fb17a89912c2a3738dae716e30481c11e1c6f0ac whereby assignments to 'out' in
guix-gc.sh would go to the 'out' environment variable, when it exists,
which in turn prevents garbage collection of $out.

* tests/guix-gc.sh: Add 'unset' invocations.

guix gc: Error out when extra arguments are passed.
