gnu: pipewire: Build with libcamera-minimal.
This cuts the dependency chain qtbase->libcamera->...->gtk
Fixes guix/guix#7185.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (pipewire)[inputs]: Remove libcamera, add
libcamera-minimal.
