* gnu/packages/php.scm (php-8.5): Update to 8.5.9.
[source]<patches>: Remove extra patches.
* gnu/packages/patches/php-01-fix-expired-certificate.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/packages/patches/php-02-fix-sni-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister patches.
