gnu: Remove pin on go-1.23 by setting -vet=off in tests.

This is a follow up commit 87661cea77be67d7fdfcc607ee3a621d005e909c: "Pin
some golang packages to use go-1.23" wich adds "-vet=off" to test args
so that make check works with go 1.24+.
