Subject: gnu: python-astropy-iers-data: Rename and hide.

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-astropy-iers-data): Change variable
and pacakge name to python-astropy-iers-data-primary then hide it.
(python-astropy-iers-data-next): Rename variable to
python-astropy-iers-data and unhide it.
(python-astropy-iers-data-next): Deprecate variable in favour of
python-astropy-iers-data.
(python-astropy)[propagated-inputs]: Replace python-astropy-iers-data
with python-astropy-iers-data-primary.
