topology: python-kmapper: Fix build.
* guix-science/packages/topology.scm (python-kmapper)
[source]: Update to commit aa594d1, which fixes compatibility issues with
recent releases of scikit-learn.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Ignore tests requiring optional dependencies,
ignore faulty tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Set to python-{jinja2,numpy,scikit-learn,scipy}.
[native-inputs]: Add python-{igraph,matplotlib,networkx}.
