teams: Initialize <forgejo-team> ‘id’ to *unspecified*.

* etc/teams.scm (team->forgejo-team): Initialize ‘id’ as *unspecified* so that
it’s the JSON ‘id’ field is not emitted for ‘create-team’ calls.
