Add unit test for derivation parsing and output.
* guix/derivations.scm: Export `read-derivation' and `write-derivation'.
* srfi/srfi-64.scm, srfi/srfi-64.upstream.scm: New files, from libchop.
* tests/derivations.scm, tests/test.drv: New files.
