guix: store: Add max-log-size to set-build-options.
This exposes a option that already exists in the daemon, but is currently
limited to only being set by root or when the daemon is running as the same
user as the client.
Being able to specify a limit on the log size is useful as some builds produce
a lot of log output indefinitely.
* guix/store.scm (set-build-options): Add #:max-log-size.
