services: autossh: Add auto-start? configuration option.

gnu/services/ssh.scm (autossh-configuration)[auto-start?]: New field.
(autossh-shepherd-service)[shepherd-service]{auto-start?}: New field.
doc/guix.texi (Networking Services)[autossh-configuration]: Document it.
