gnu: nginx-headers-more-module: Fix deleted phase renamed in nginx.
nginx's phase fix-root-dirs was renamed to move-html-doc in commit
b936418bd6f3 ("gnu: nginx: Fix default configuration directory.")
* gnu/packages/web.scm (nginx-headers-more-module)[arguments]<#:phases>:
Delete move-html-doc instead of fix-root-dirs.
