gnu: Remove libgit2-1.9/pinned.
libgit2-1.9 has over 600 dependents and needs to be updated
in a topic branch now, no different from a pinned variant.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (libgit2-1.9/pinned):
Delete variable.
* gnu/packages/rust-apps.scm (rust-cargo-c)[inputs]:
Replace libgit2-1.9/pinned with libgit2-1.9.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (rav1e)[inputs]: Likewise.
