installer: Use system-wide guix for system init.wip-harden-installer

* gnu/installer.scm (installer-program): Remove dependency on the guix
package for the PATH.
* gnu/installer/final.scm (install-system): Set PATH inside container
to /run/current-system/profile/bin/.
