gnu: qtbase: Skip racy tests; reinstate qsqlthread.audio-team
* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtbase)[#:phases]{check}: Skip tst_qsqldatabase,
tst_qtimer and tst_qtimer_no_glib. Reinstate tst_qsqlthread.
