services: avahi: Default to nss-mdns 0.10.

This works around <https://bugs.gnu.org/30396>.

* gnu/packages/avahi.scm (nss-mdns-0.10): New variable.
* gnu/services/avahi.scm (avahi-service-type): Use it.
