gnu: python-yapsy: Fix package.
This package has been broken due to having a `package' directory, while the
build occurs in its parent. This casuses yapsy to be be placed on `sys.path'
as `package', causing `import yapsy' to fail.
Fixes #10908, re #10008.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-yapsy): [properties] Add version.
[phases] Change into source dir after unpacking.
[phases] Correct package version.
