gnu: gcc-mesboot: Build in parallel.
This can significantly reduce build times for gcc-core-mesboot1@4.6.4
gcc-mesboot1@4.6.4, and gcc-mesboot@4.9.4.
Partially addresses guix/guix#7449.
* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (gcc-core-mesboot1)[arguments]:
Drop #:parallel-build? #f argument.
