gnu: python-pytest-pycodestyle: Update to 2.5.0.
* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-pycodestyle): Update to 2.5.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[arguments] <tests?>: Enable.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-py and python-pytest.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-isort and python-wheel; add
python-pytest.
