gnu: util-linux: Fix tests.
On some machines, this test will be skipped, but on others it will be
executed. However, since our bash is not located under /bin, the test will
fail.
And fincore/count seems to fail on btrfs.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (util-linux) [arguments]<#:phases>: Adjust 'pre-check
phase.
