shadow: use emulate to source profile scripts
Since 306bd80481 ("system: Source scripts from the /etc/profile.d
directory."), /etc/profile a glob which does not silently fail on zsh,
which by default does not enable NULL_GLOB.
* gnu/system/shadow.scm (%default-zprofile): Use emulate sh
to source profile scripts.
