gnu: fiano: Simplify and build all commands.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (fiano):
[source] <url>: Drop ".git" to fix redirection.
[arguments] <import-path, unpack-path>: Adjust to build all commands.
[phases]{build, check, install}: Use default phases.
[inputs]: Remove go-github-com-xaionaro-gosrc; add
go-github-com-u-root-u-root and go-github-com-xaionaro-go-gosrc.
