gnu: swineherd: Build against the same Guile as ‘guix’.
This avoids “incompatible bytecode version” warnings and allows actual use of
.go files coming from Guix.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (swineherd)[propagated-inputs]: Replace ‘guile-3.0’
with that of ‘guix’.
