[arguments] <test-subdirs>: Run more tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Add
go-github-com-grpc-ecosystem-go-grpc-middleware-providers-prometheus,
go-github-com-zmap-zcrypto, and go-github-com-zmap-zlint-v3.
