tests: Actually test LTS kernels.
Until now these variables were not exported and thus the corresponding tests
were not run by ‘make check’ nor by continuous integration.
* gnu/tests/base.scm: (%test-linux-libre-6.12, %test-linux-libre-6.6, %test-linux-libre-6.1):
Export.
