gnu: r-tinytex: Fix integration with existing TeX Live tree.tex-team
* gnu/packages/cran.scm (r-tinytex)[propagated-inputs]: Directly propagate TeX
Live packages, not using `texlive-local-tree`.
[native-inputs]: Add `texlive-local-tree` along with all previously provided
inputs in order to run tests properly.
